Joined Neowiz Games Corporation in 2002, engaging in game development. Later, in 2005, moved to 1noon, a search service. In 2007, joined NHN Japan and was involved in the development of search engines and search services. After transferring to "Naver Japan," joined LINE in 2013. From 2014, served as LINE CTO, and later held dual roles as Group CTO of Z Holdings and Global CTO of LINE. With the merger of LINE Corporation and Yahoo Japan Corporation in October 2023, assumed the current position.

Snow Kwon is the CTO of LINE Plus. Since joining LINE in its early days in 2011, he has been involved in developing various LINE services, family services, and platforms. Prior to joining LINE, he developed services and platforms at Unitel, one of Korea's four major PC communication services, as well as at Daum and NAVER, the two leading portal services of Korea.

Marco is the CTO at LINE Taiwan. Since 2014, he has led the local engineering team, driving LINE's localization and launching key products like LINE Platform and LINE TODAY in Taiwan and Southeast Asia. Recently, he's focused on DevOps, frontend standardization, and introducing AI tools like SmartText NLP Platform 2.0. Before LINE, Marco led projects at Yahoo Taiwan, including Yahoo Knowledge+, Yahoo Answers, and Wretch.cc. He's passionate about building strong teams, developer culture, and creating tech that makes a difference. Also: AI, DevOps, and inspiring engineers.

Ball is the CPO & CTO at LINE Thailand. Before joining in 2018, he built real-time stock trading system for Thailand market, worked across 6 countries including Silicon Valley and co-founded 4 startups (exited 1). Now he leads product and engineering to build various products. He's obsessed with scalable systems, clean APIs, and making tech that actually works for people.
