Now that in-house productivity improvement using AI has become a daily routine, we have developed ‘Scout’, a translation service that combines AI with the Zoom platform. In this presentation, we will introduce the core functions and key features of ‘Scout’, and share the challenges we have faced in our development journey over the past year and our experiences of overcoming them. In addition, we separated the AI layer and made it a library for flexible use of various AI services. I will tell you our future vision along with a demonstration using this library.
