In the pursuit of business results, it is important for members to contribute to the productive capacity of the team or organization by refining their skills and abilities.
There are many people who agree that feedback plays a very important role in refining skills and abilities, but when it comes time to put it into practice, some may have the following questions and concerns.

• Be not sure what to say and how to say it because of having never received quality feedback before,.
• Do not know how to continue to give feedback during the term.
• Wonder if it is okay to give feedback in my own way.

In this session, I will organize and share my thoughts with the aim of lowering the barriers for those people to start giving feedback.
