There are many people who agree that feedback plays a very important role in refining skills and abilities, but when it comes time to put it into practice, some may have the following questions and concerns.
- Be not sure what to say and how to say it because of having never received quality feedback before,.
- Do not know how to continue to give feedback during the term.
- Wonder if it is okay to give feedback in my own way.
In this session, I will organize and share my thoughts with the aim of lowering the barriers for those people to start giving feedback.
