Managing service discovery in a hybrid infrastructure is a significant challenge,
especially at the scale of LY Corporation, where thousands of services span across Kubernetes, Virtual Machine and Pysical Machine systems.
In this session, we introduce the Central Dogma Control Plane (CDCP), a powerful service registry built on Central Dogma,
designed to connect services across diverse environments.
By adopting xDS for dynamic service registration, enabling sidecar-less communication with Armeria,
and supporting multi-datacenter high availability,
CDCP becomes the foundation that ties services together across LY Corporation.
We’ll also explore how CDCP was put into action through the Pushsphere project,
demonstrating its role in real-world service connectivity.
