I will share the challenges and insights gained from managing an organization composed of members with diverse backgrounds—such as former LINE, former Yahoo Japan, and former LINE Fukuoka—and spread across different locations in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Osaka. I plan to introduce the strategies we’ve implemented to respect each member’s expertise and cultural background while fostering unity and shared goals as a team, and also discuss perspectives on establishing our unique “LY” team culture moving forward. I will include practical anecdotes on cross-base communication and decision-making processes, hoping to provide an opportunity for those interested in leveraging diverse talent to think more deeply about organizational development.
