The Importance and Examples of "Unremarkable Tasks" Supporting Large-scale Product Management

In this session, I will talk about “Project Management for Product Management.”

  • What is needed when a product organization grows from a small scale to a large scale (from 50 to 150 people).
  • What is necessary to “communicate clearly” to product stakeholders.
  • Tips for designing and managing communication in large-scale organizations.
(This session is intended for beginner to intermediate PMs, and it will not cover complex topics.)

I hope this session will serve as a reflection and a source of insight for product managers and project managers who are interested in or recognize challenges in “effectively running” product organizations.
