I would like to introduce the challenges we faced before implementing LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) based on actual implementation experiences, the reasons we chose LeSS, the innovations in the implementation process, and the results we achieved. I will also share case studies such as the improvement in release frequency and changes in the team, as well as insights gained through the implementation and future prospects. I hope this will be of some reference to those interested in LeSS or Agile.
