We are Hasebe and Kawachi from the Notification Department, which provides an internal notification platform. To address challenges such as the inability to share activities and insights within the department and delays in responding to service requests due to resource shortages, we have established the “Collaboration Strategy/Cross-Development Team.” By hosting events and enhancing communication, we aim to improve mutual understanding, enhance the QoL of our members, and bridge the gap between the platform and internal services. In this session, we will introduce the specific strategies we have implemented and the trial-and-error process of overcoming challenges.
