How to Measure 'Wow' and '!'

To achieve this mission, it is essential to continuously assess and improve how much ‘WOW’ and ‘amazing’ experiences we are delivering to our customers.

In this session, I will introduce various methods for quantitatively evaluating UX quality. Specifically, I will cover a range of approaches, including subjective evaluation, scenario-based counting, and sensitivity evaluation based on biometric information.

I hope this will be an opportunity to rethink ‘WOW’ moments and collaboratively explore new ideas to deliver amazing experiences to everyday life.
