The Tech-Verse Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "this Terms and Conditions") applies to the presenters and participants (collectively referred to as "Participants, etc.") of the technology event "Tech-Verse" organized by LY Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "LY"). Participants, etc., agree to this Terms and Conditions before participating in Tech-Verse.

1. 1. Details of the Event

   Regarding the details of the implementation of Tech-Verse (the venue and the schedule on the day), we will contact you separately through LY.

2. 2. Confidentiality

   Non-public information may be disclosed during Tech-Verse by other Participants, etc. Participants, etc. shall strictly maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information of other Participants, etc. which they may learn through their participation in Tech-Verse, and shall not disclose, provide, or leak such information to any third party without prior written or email consent from LY.

3. 3. Protection of Personal Information

   LY will appropriately handle personal information related to Participants, etc. in accordance with the LY Corporation Privacy Policy.

4. 4. Representations and Warranties

   Participants, etc. shall guarantee to LY that their officers, important employees, major shareholders or business partners, etc. of themselves or their affiliated companies are not anti-social forces (An organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a related company or association of an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer (sokaiya), an extortionist advocating social movement, an extortionist advocating political activities, a special intelligence organized crime group, and equivalents thereto). LY shall also guarantee this to Participants, etc.

5. 5. Dispute Resolution

   (1) Matters not stipulated in this Terms and Conditions or doubts arising in relation to this Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through consultation in good faith.

   (2) The validity, performance and interpretation of this Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any lawsuits relating to this Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.

6. 6. Language

   The English version is a translation of the Japanese version and is for reference purposes only. In case of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and the English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
